Good question! Tragically, we get just as excited as you about your party. Its not that we don't have a life, we just have fun planning these things, that's all.

We promise to the best of our ability, to provide value over and above the customer’s expectations. In general, our price will be very competitive, but uniquely, we will aim to provide the customer with as much help or information that they need before, during and after their party.
Leading upto their party, they should feel confident and relaxed, knowing that we will do out best to meet then exceed their expectations.
The customer will be contacted on the Tuesday afternoon of the week of their party to be advised of delivery day and approximate time (morning or afternoon).
If we cannot help them directly, we will, without reservation, direct them to the most appropriate company that will best suit their needs.
We can put ourselves in your guest's shoe's and help you realize your ideas.

It was a dark and stormy night, but we were warm and snug in the marquee with the heaters glowing nicely.
